Behind every metal frame, bracket or panel there is a process made of precision and technical choices. At LY-CO we manage that process from start to finish, from raw sheet metal to the finished part, inside our own shop. It is the way we have worked since 1964, generation after generation.
Custom light metal fabrication
We are organized as a light metal fabrication shop: we process and assemble small and medium-sized metal structures in stainless steel, aluminum and other metals. Frames, brackets, guards, panels, shelving and custom parts all come from a single supplier, with fast turnaround and consistent quality.
Laser cutting and bending
Laser cutting allows us to process aluminum up to 10 mm thick, stainless steel up to 15 mm and mild steel up to 25 mm, with clean edges and complex geometries. Bending completes the cycle: we bend the same materials up to 8 mm thick and 3,000 mm long, turning a 2D drawing into a three-dimensional component ready for assembly.
TIG and MIG welding
Our TIG and MIG welding covers all steels and aluminum alloys. This is the stage where our operators’ experience makes the difference: strong, clean joints that meet the project specifications.
Surface treatments and finishing
The cycle ends with surface treatments: sandblasting to clean and prepare surfaces, shot peening to improve strength and surface roughness, vibratory finishing for deburring and polishing parts, and laser marking for permanent codes, logos and traceability.
