Surface treatments and finishing for
custom metal parts.

We complete every job with specific surface treatments that improve the appearance, strength and performance of metal components, delivering functional and long-lasting results.

In addition to metal fabrication, we offer a full range of metal treatments and finishes designed to improve the final quality of the product. We take care of every detail with dedicated processes such as sandblasting, shot peening, laser marking and vibratory finishing, optimizing the strength, appearance and functionality of components.

Sandblasting

Sandblasting is a cleaning and surface preparation process that removes oxides, rust and impurities from metal materials. By projecting abrasives at high pressure in a controlled way, we obtain uniform surfaces ready for further treatments or decorative finishes. This process is ideal for improving the adhesion of paints and coatings, ensuring durable, high-quality results. Sandblasting can also be used to achieve specific visual effects and custom finishes on different materials.

Shot Peening

Shot peening is a mechanical surface treatment performed through the controlled impact of metal shot at high speed. This process improves the surface properties of components, removing imperfections and making the structure more uniform. It is particularly suited to increasing strength and preparing materials for further processing, ensuring greater long-term reliability. Shot peening is widely used in industry to optimize the performance of metal parts.

Laser Marking

Laser marking is a precise, permanent process that engraves information directly onto the surface of materials. Using a laser, we can mark codes, logos, serial numbers and traceability data in high definition, with no direct contact with the part. This process delivers durable, wear-resistant results that remain perfectly legible over time. It is the ideal solution for any application that requires component identification and customization.

Vibratory Finishing

Vibratory finishing (tumbling) is a surface treatment used to improve the finish of metal components through a controlled vibration process. It removes burrs and imperfections, making surfaces smoother and more uniform. It is particularly suited to preparing parts for further processing or improving their appearance. Vibratory finishing also produces a more consistent finish, contributing to the overall quality of the final product.
